Petitioner Vathsala Srinivasan appeals the District Court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Respondent El Monte Union High School District. Srinivasan alleges that the school district engaged in employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., when it denied Srinivasan a permanent teaching position. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.
